The supplier ensures that the consumer is informed of the essential characteristics of the product, good, or service offered.

The displayed price includes the total amount to be paid by the consumer, including value-added tax (VAT), any other applicable taxes, and the cost of all mandatory additional services.

Before concluding the contract, the supplier reminds the consumer of their various options and allows them to confirm or modify their order as desired, in accordance with Article 29 of Law No. 31-08.

For any order, the total amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer. Any order that is not paid in advance will not be processed.
The supplier guarantees the security of the payment methods offered, in accordance with Articles 29 and 35 of Law No. 31-08.

Delivery takes place within 3 to 7 days and is free of charge with no minimum purchase required.

The consumer has seven (7) days to exercise their right of withdrawal in writing, without having to provide justification or pay penalties, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs. After this period, no items will be accepted for return.
The timeframe mentioned above starts from the date the goods are received or, in the case of services, from the date the offer is accepted.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer may request an exchange or a refund.
A fee of 50 MAD will apply for exchanges, or will be deducted from the refund amount in case of a return.
The consumer may also choose to receive a store credit to be used for any future online purchase.

Any item with its price tag removed or that has been used will not be accepted for return.

The total amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.
